Logan leads the Project Management team at Lafayette. This involves working alongside many internal and external partners, ensuring pipeline performance through reporting, procedures, and other operational controls. He develops and implements best management practices.
He enjoys solving process problems, working with clients on logistics plans and purchasing strategies, and absorbing lessons learned to continually improve internal efficiency. His aptitude for mentoring puts Lafayette Project Managers, and projects, on the path to being successful.
Logan grew up around architecture and construction, developing an early affinity for the field. He leverages his over 15 years’ experience, serving on the general contractor and owner-side, which included estimating, buying out projects, and serving as Site Superintendent working heavy packages, like structural steel and concrete.
