Brian manages the engineering and drafting department while fostering collaboration and communication across all internal departments at LMG. Brian works closely with the estimating department coordinating bids and drafting for accuracy at the start of each job.

After reviewing project scope and pricing, Brian oversees shop drawings for conformance and troubleshoots any design detail issue(s) while working with the Project Management teams. He is responsible for ensuring first-class project quality control and proactively streamlining document control measures for the drafting department. Brian achieves coordinated drawings within budget, designed to match architects specifications for fabrication and install with outlined details, making him an essential part of the LMG leadership team.
